Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  1. An order once confirmed and paid, cannot be cancelled. 
  2. Due to the made to order nature of our brand, please allow 12-14 days between date of purchase and dispatch of order. (Update: in light of COVID-19, as the situation remains volatile and there is fluctuation in availability of raw material - please bear with us through some unexpected delays)
  3. All our pieces and their elements are handmade and may vary slightly from piece to piece. All our products go through quality control before shipping. 
  4. All bespoke and made to order items including custom design elements and sizing are ineligible for return, refund or cancellation, once the order has been processed.
  5. Returns and Exchanges are ONLY accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In these unlikely events, please write to us on hello@studioloveletter.com with the images of the product within 3 days of receiving your order and our team will provide the best possible solution within 4-5 working days. 
  6. Once we have received the damaged/incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh/correct product. 
  7. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please write to us on hello@studioloveletter.com within 3 days of receiving your order and our team will provide the best possible solution within 4-5 working days. 
  8. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that were not notified about first.
