Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- An order once confirmed and paid, cannot be cancelled.
- Due to the made to order nature of our brand, please allow 12-14 days between date of purchase and dispatch of order. (Update: in light of COVID-19, as the situation remains volatile and there is fluctuation in availability of raw material - please bear with us through some unexpected delays)
- All our pieces and their elements are handmade and may vary slightly from piece to piece. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
- All bespoke and made to order items including custom design elements and sizing are ineligible for return, refund or cancellation, once the order has been processed.
- Returns and Exchanges are ONLY accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In these unlikely events, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the images of the product within 3 days of receiving your order and our team will provide the best possible solution within 4-5 working days.
- Once we have received the damaged/incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh/correct product.
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please write to us on email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order and our team will provide the best possible solution within 4-5 working days.
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that were not notified about first.
